Spencer Rossie

Spencer Rossie is a top-producing real estate professional known for pairing high-level performance with a people-first approach. With nearly $30 million in annual sales volume and 70–80 transactions per year, he is a CENTURY 21® Centurion Award recipient and one of the top-ranked agents in Louisiana.

With a background in real estate investing and development, Spencer brings strategic insight to residential, new construction, and development projects alike. He is known for guiding clients from concept to closing with clarity, confidence, and a long-term vision. As a team leader, Spencer is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and delivering results that extend well beyond the transaction.

David Claus

David Claus is a lifelong New Orleans resident who transitioned into real estate full-time in 2012 after a successful career in the hotel industry. With a strong focus on new construction and investment properties, he quickly established himself as one of the area’s top-producing agents.

In 2020, David earned his broker’s license and founded GNO Realty, which later merged with CENTURY 21® J. Carter & Company in 2024. He now leads The Icon Group, a fast-growing, top-producing team in the Greater New Orleans area. A CENTURY 21® Double Centurion Award recipient, David is known for delivering a strategic, seamless, and professional experience for every client he serves.
